It has excellent electric, mechanical and flamer retardant properties and is widely used for PWB with printed circuit on one or both side in microwave ovens, computers, communication apparatus as well as other high grade electronic instruments.

FR4 Copper clad laminated Description
This FR-4 Copper clad laminate product is formed through heat pressing after electric industry alkali glass cloth dips into the epoxy phenolic resin. It has high mechanic and dielectric performance, and applicable as insulation structural components for electromechanical/electrical equipment, as well as used under damp environmental conditions and transformer oil .
Technical requirement for surface
